Ashbrook Ave. Payneham

The Ashbrook Ave development was one of Barrio’s first projects and it proved to be a success. The newly designed house was a great addition to the surrounding area.

The upgrade of existing masonry materials and addition of complimentary timber slat fencing helped create additional privacy for the House and the Unit. Incorporating semi-mature trees and water sensitive landscaping created private gardens for the homes.
